This research presents the results of two studies conducted to develop a scale to measure brand trust, which is called brand trust scale (BTS), and analyse the equivalence of its psychometric characteristics when the scale is used in two different product categories. A brand trust questionnaire is a process of understanding the extent to which various users trust the brand that they use. The questions asked in the questionnaire are drafted in a manner so that the level of trust of a consumer can be assessed. It also helps to understand the possible factors that can change the trust of the consumer. Brand trust is the level of consumers’ expectation that a brand’s product, service, trustworthiness, and company behavior aligns with the promises the business has made. Successful companies make it a priority strategy every when the annual business plan review comes up.
